- We dispatch. A technician confirms authorization on arrival and explains any change in scope before doing extra work.
What does specialty locksmith service cost?
Each service has its own standard price, quoted before dispatch and confirmed before work begins. Online orders pay the $15–$25 service call at checkout as the deposit: $15 inside city limits, $25 outside. It is a flat fee added to the service price, and the time-of-day multipliers never apply to it. The time of the call sets the multiplier:
- Standard rate: orders placed 7 AM–8 PM
- After hours (orders placed 8 PM–7 AM): 1.5×
- Federal holidays (calendar date and observed date): 2×
- Federal holiday, after hours: 3×
- No weekend surcharge
- Mileage: $1.25/mile beyond 5 miles from the city center
Multipliers apply to everything on the job (service, labor, parts and hardware) except the flat $15 (inside city limits) or $25 (outside city limits) service call and mileage. The after-hours rate is set by the time the order is placed. Holidays are U.S. federal holidays, billed on both the calendar date and the observed weekday.

Do you work on every kind of safe?
We work on all types of safes. High-security safes with hardened plates and relocking devices take longer, and drilling a safe usually means replacing its lock afterward. Tell us the brand and type and we'll confirm before dispatch.
Can you remove my storage unit lock?
Yes, with authorization from the facility's management or your rental paperwork showing the unit is yours. We do not remove facility overlocks, and we sell replacement padlocks.
Do you come to campgrounds?
Yes, within our Middle Tennessee service area, provided we can access the site.
Can you supply the lockbox or smart lock?
Yes. We sell lockboxes at our company price (not MSRP) and supply smart locks, or we install hardware you already bought. We confirm hardware and price before dispatch.
What proof do you need for specialty jobs?
It depends on the job. We verify authorization before opening anything, and our access to investigative verification resources gives us an unusual additional capability when identity or ownership needs to be confirmed.
