Emergency calls are priced by the service needed, such as a lockout or repair, and by when you call. There is no hidden "emergency fee"; the multipliers below are the only time-based adjustments.

Ask for the total price before work begins, expect a technician who can tell you which company they work for, and be wary of anyone who wants to drill a lock immediately on a simple lockout (we treat lock drilling as a last resort). Do you charge more for emergency calls?
Pricing depends on the service and the time of the call, not on the word emergency. Calls after 8:00 PM are billed at 1.5× standard pricing, holidays at 2×, and holiday calls after 8:00 PM at 3×. Your price is confirmed before work begins.
Should I call 911 or a locksmith?
Call 911 first if a person or animal may be in danger, if there's a medical emergency, or if you suspect an intruder. Call a locksmith once everyone is safe. Our ILT Lifesaver service is free when a child or pet trapped situation qualifies.
Will you have to drill my lock?
Most residential and vehicle lockouts are opened without drilling. Drilling is a last resort for certain high-security, damaged or failed locks. If it's needed, we explain why first; drilling is $200 plus the service call, approved before we drill.
What if I don't have ID with me?
Tell us when you call. We verify authorization before opening anything, but we don't necessarily require a utility bill or title. We'll work with you on reasonable ways to confirm you're authorized.
Can you come to a highway or parking lot?
Yes, we're a mobile service. On a highway shoulder, safety comes first: if you feel unsafe, contact the Tennessee Highway Patrol and move to a safer spot if you can do so safely. Tell us your exact location or nearest exit.
What if the technician gets delayed?
We'll update you. Our deployment goal of about one hour inside city limits depends on demand, traffic, weather and location, so estimates can change. If timing becomes critical, let us know.
