Instant Locksmith TN wants everyone to be able to use our website and order service. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA, respond to accessibility requests within 12 hours, and will take your order by phone if anything on this site doesn't work for you.

Our goal

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the standard guidelines for making websites usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward that target and do not claim full conformance.

What we've done

  • Structured pages with clear headings in a logical order
  • Used descriptive link text instead of “click here”
  • Labeled navigation landmarks such as breadcrumbs and related-link lists
  • Used native, keyboard-accessible elements for expandable FAQs
  • Written in plain language with short paragraphs for readers on small screens
  • Avoided conveying information by color alone in our content

Known limitations

Our site is built on a third-party platform, Squarespace, and uses third-party services such as the Squarespace checkout. Some of their components may not fully meet accessibility standards, and we cannot always change them directly. If one of them gets in your way, use any of the alternatives below and we'll complete your order with you.

  • Texted updates: we can send arrival and job updates by text instead of calls.
