Davidson County and the City of Nashville operate as a single consolidated government, the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, usually just called Metro. That's why places like Antioch, Bellevue and Madison are Nashville neighborhoods rather than separate towns.

Multipliers apply to everything on the job (service, labor, parts and hardware) except the flat $15 (inside city limits) or $25 (outside city limits) service call and mileage. The after-hours rate is set by the time the order is placed. Holidays are U.S. federal holidays, billed on both the calendar date and the observed weekday. “Inside city limits” means inside a city’s or town’s legally recognized limits. Mileage is measured from the city center (downtown) of the nearest city we serve, and dispatch shows it before work begins.
