What to include in your message
A few details let us confirm the right service and price on the first reply:
- Where you are: street address, or the lot, ramp or building name with a map pin.
- What's wrong: locked out, lost key, broken key, lock won't latch, or the work you want done.
- For vehicles: year, make and model, and whether it has a push-to-start key.
- For doors: the type of lock, how many doors, and a photo if you can (you can also text photos to (707) 653-6152 after ordering).
- When: right now, or a time that works for a scheduled visit.

Hours and after-hours rates
Instant Locksmith TN is open 24/7/365, including late nights, weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM are billed at 1.5×, U.S. federal holidays at 2×, and both together at 3×; the $15–$25 service call and any mileage stay flat. There is no weekend surcharge. Instant Locksmith TN is a mobile, service-area business covering Middle Tennessee, with no physical address or walk-in location to visit. A technician comes to your car, home or business, which also means there is no drive to make while you're locked out.
Where we work
We serve Tennessee residents with a focus on Middle Tennessee: Nashville and nearby cities such as Brentwood, Franklin, Mount Juliet and Murfreesboro, out to Clarksville, Columbia and Cookeville. Technicians are strategically placed across the area, including one based in Murfreesboro. Inside city limits in the Nashville metro and Murfreesboro we generally aim to deploy within about one hour; it isn't guaranteed, and farther areas such as Tullahoma, Cookeville and rural counties get an honest ETA when you order (mileage applies beyond 5 miles from the nearest served city's center). Fleet accounts, invoicing and volume pricing are available, and business invoices may be offered net 15 terms at our discretion.
