What happens after you order
- Confirmation. You get an order number right away, then a call or text confirming your technician and an honest ETA.
- Dispatch. We generally aim to deploy within about one hour inside city limits. That's a goal, not a guarantee — demand, technician availability, traffic, weather, location and job complexity all matter.
- Verification. Before opening anything, the technician confirms you're authorized. What to expect.
- Price check, then work. The technician confirms the final price before starting. If anything is different from what you described, you approve it first — or pay only the service call.

After-hours means orders placed 8:00 PM–7:00 AM. Multipliers apply to the job (service, labor and parts); the service call and mileage stay flat. Ordering questions
Can I order for someone else, like a family member who's locked out?
Yes. Enter their location and your contact details, and add their name and number in the notes. The technician will still verify that the person on site is authorized before opening anything.
What if my phone is about to die?
Order with the fewest details you can — service and location are enough — and say so in the notes. We'll text first, and the technician will look for you at the address you gave.
Can I schedule a rekey or key appointment instead of an emergency visit?
Yes. Choose “Schedule a time” in step 3 and pick a preferred slot. Scheduled jobs use the same published pricing; the after-hours and holiday rates are set by when the order is placed (Tennessee time), not by the appointment time.
Is my payment secure?
The service-call deposit is paid through Squarespace's standard checkout (Squarespace Payments, powered by Stripe). Instant Locksmith TN doesn't see or store your full card number. A 4% processing fee is added to online payments. The balance can be paid on site by Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or cash, or by card through our online checkout (4% processing fee applies).
